 The Landrace-  a white pig with a long body and a back that is almost flat with no arch, sometimes appearing almost flat. It has a long, narrow head with clean jowls and large ears that sit close to the face. Known for their excellent meat quality, Landrace pigs have long, level rumps and plump, yet trim hams. Their sides are deep and well-rounded.
